St. Marks United Methodist Church
This website is a subsidiary of the website and it is used to implement data input forms for enrolling in Sunday School, signing up for Summer Camp, joining a Study Group, indicate interest in participating in an activity or program, etc.  And, we have just added the capability to request room reservations for church and community functions and for Prayer Requests.

Using the Menu, select the form you wish to complete, use the Tab key to move from field -to-field, fill-in the blanks or use the pull-down menus, and then click on "submit". 

Your submitted information will be directed to the person or church staff member responsible for coordinating the program associated with the form.
